Cancellation/Refund Policy: Registration for which written cancellation is received by October 1, 1999, will be refunded in full. After that date, a $25 administrative fee will be charged. We reserve the right to cancel because of inadequate registration, in which event full refunds will be made. Refund requests via phone will be honored up to Oct. 8, 1999, and must be confirmed in writing. If cancellation occurs after Oct. 8, 1999, a refund will not be available.
DIRECTIONS TO F.I.T.You are going to Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.), 7th Ave. at 27th St., then enter at "A" Building Entrance on 27th St., closest to 8th Ave.
The facilities are accessible for the physically challenged.
CAR: Lincoln, Holland, Brooklyn Battery, or Midtown Tunnels into Manhattan.
COMMUTER DESTINATIONS: Penn Station, Port Authority Bus Terminal, or Grand Central Station; take bus, cab, or subway from there.
SUBWAYS: 1 or 9 train to 28th St., 7th Ave.; or E train to 23rd St., 8th Ave.
BUSES: Uptown on 8th Ave.; Downtown on 7th Ave.; Crosstown on 23rd or 34th Sts. Proceed to Fashion Institute of Technology at 27 St. (between 7th and 8th Aves.).
